Target group: IRO staff members working with digital Erasmus+ workflows – implementing ESCI/EWP at their institutions.

Hands on practices: Small-group sessions discussing and applying real workflows

Day 2: Working with Digital Erasmus+ Tools & Workflows in Practice

Implementing EWP in practice: Step-by-Step

Exploring all the key functionalities with the help of the reference implementation

Hands on practices: Small-group sessions discussing and applying real workflows

Peer exchange: Good practices, institutional success stories and lessons learned

Day 3: Strategy, Readiness, Sustainability and the Road Ahead

Future outlook: Further context of the digital transition

The next practical steps in Erasmus+ digitalisation process: opportunities, concerns and smart sustainability

To ensure a smooth and high-quality experience, minor agenda changes may occur. The organisers reserve the right to adjust the programme when necessary.

In case of full capacity, a second Digital Training group will be offered in the latter part of the week.
