Lump Sum in Action: How to plan, track & deliver in Lump Sum funding environment

Advance your KA2 project management skills by working with real cases, hands-on templates, and concrete examples, while benefiting from peer insights and guidance from experienced project managers and evaluators.

Target group: The training will be most suitable for experienced staff members in Erasmus+ KA2 projects, project coordinators and representatives from project units, who provide support for project coordinators.

The Lump Sum funding model has transformed the way Erasmus+ projects are managed. While it simplifies financial administration and focuses on results, many institutions still face challenges related to reporting, compliance, consortium coordination, and risk management.

This training helps bridge the gap between formal requirements and day-to-day project implementation. Through practical tools, peer exchange, and real institutional experiences, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence needed to manage Lump Sum projects effectively.

By the end of the training, participants will be able to:

Understand the core logic and expectations of the Lump Sum funding model in Erasmus+ KA2 projects.

Apply practical tools and workflows for planning, monitoring, and reporting Lump Sum projects.

Strengthen consortium coordination and evidence-based project management practices.

Move beyond compliance towards more strategic, impact-oriented project implementation.
