KA2 project implementation

From projects to strategy

October 28-30, 2026 | University of Latvia

Erasmus+ KA2 project implementation

From projects to strategy: unlocking Erasmus+ KA1-KA2 synergies

Many institutions still manage Erasmus KA1 (mobility) and KA2 (projects) in parallel rather than in connection. This often results in:

  • fragmented internationalisation efforts and missed synergies
  • underused project results in mobility activities (and vice versa)
  • limited institutional impact beyond individual initiatives
  • challenges in aligning Erasmus+ activities with broader institutional strategy
  • lack of coordination between teams and leadership levels

This training therefore aims to address these gaps by shifting the perspective from operational management to strategic leadership and integration.

Target group: Heads of International Relations Offices, senior internationalisation managers, and experienced professionals responsible for strategic planning and coordination of Erasmus+ activities at the institutional level.
